1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between l889 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, websites, mobile applications, and all related services of l889.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

l889 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued ID, as well as proof of address. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on l889 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳20,000, you will receive an additional ৳20,000 as a bonus, giving you a total of ৳40,000 to start playing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling ten times the sum of the bonus amount and the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may participate in each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• l889 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If any fraudulent or unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

• All game results are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the stake may be refunded.
• If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of any game, l889's decision shall be considered final.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the server log.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting is available on various international and domestic matches including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l889:

• Cheating, fraud, or manipulating games by illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of misusing bonuses.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to participate in games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to l889's infrastructure or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any user is found to be involved in any of the activities listed above, l889 reserves the right to permanently close the account without notice and confiscate all balances.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

l889 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after the eligible balance withdrawal process is completed.
