ACCOUNT
Account and Registration
To register at l889, you need an active mobile number, your full name, and a strong password. Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory, as identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. Providing incorrect information risks account suspension.
No. Under l889's policy, each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, they will be permanently closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a fair environment.
If you have trouble logging in, first make sure you are using the correct mobile number and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option. If the problem persists, contact l889's 24/7 live chat support. Clearing your browser cache often resolves the issue as well.
l889 is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors may not open an account or participate in any game on this platform. If there is an issue verifying your age, your account may be temporarily suspended.
Certain details can be changed from account settings. However, changing a registered mobile number or name may require identity verification. For such changes, contact l889's live chat support directly — they will assist you promptly.
BANKING
Deposits and Withdrawals
At l889, you can currently deposit money using four methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, so transactions are easy to make from any smartphone. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
A deposit to l889 via bKash is usually added to your wallet within a few minutes. If there is a delay in confirming the deposit, contact live chat support with your transaction ID and it will be resolved quickly. There may be a slight delay during peak hours.
Withdrawal requests from l889 are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via any registered method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Having account verification completed makes the process faster.
To deposit via Nagad, go to the l889 payment page, select the Nagad option, send the specified amount to the displayed l889 merchant number, and enter the transaction ID in the deposit form. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Once the transaction is confirmed, your balance will be updated automatically.
l889 itself does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges. It is a good idea to check your provider's charges before making a transaction.
When a withdrawal is rejected, the reason is usually mentioned in the notification — for example, incomplete wagering or pending account verification. Read the notification, take the necessary steps, and try again. If you cannot understand the reason, contact l889's live chat for quick assistance.
